Bloody Mary - 6in (150mm) Petty Culinary Knife

“Bloody Mary” (named by @garmonmade) 6 inch (150mm) petty blade culinary knife. This awesome knife has a super strong wa-style octagonal resin handle containing a miniature skull cleaved by a miniature cleaver [KLVR]. I've even sharpened the cleaver to a cutting edge. Flowing blood red resin mixed with black and red sparklers evoke the rising ashes and cinders of a well-smoked grill session.

The blade is made from molybdenum vanadium [stainless] steel, which is a mid grade stainless steel hardened to HRC 57. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done, won’t rust, and easy to sharpen. You won't have to baby this knife. The edge angle is sharpened to 15 degrees and stropped for a razor sharp edge. Full flat grind (tapers from spine to cutting edge). The blade is 6” (150 mm) long, 1.122” (29.5 mm) tall, & 0.073” (1.85 mm) thick at the spine with a distal taper (gets thinner as it goes to the tip). Total length of the knife is 10.7” (272 mm).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
