MARKSMITH was born out of necessity. I was tired of carrying cheap, plastic permanent markers that failed in everyday use. Their soft plastic clips allow them to fall off and get lost. Their cheap retractable mechanisms are prone to extend while being carried and unintentionally bleeding and marking anything nearby (many ruined pants pockets).
The ultra-strong titanium marker body is compatible with Sharpie® brand retractable permanent marker cartridges, which means you can write on almost anything.
The felt-tip is the most common and useful general-purpose size, "fine", and the ink is black.

Got ‘em. Love ‘em. Trying not to buy more. As an earlier post mentioned, the machining is almost alien quality. These is a seam, but you can’t see it.

Got mine a couple weeks back and have been carrying/ using it daily at work. I really do like it. The pocket clip is a great amount of tension. I've already started getting some "patina" on mine from it riding in my pocket, getting tossed around to coworkers while marking on machinery. My only con would be that it will occasionally not fully close and i have to open and reclose it by letting it "snap" shut. Honestly, IDC. It fit's my needs, life and budget. Thank you for the great product. Totally worth the wait IMHO.

Received my Marksmith pledge yesterday, and I am really impressed with the the work done on mine. The seam for opening the marker on mine is virtually invisible and has a nice tight seal from what I can see after only having it for 48 hours, great work! Solid feel and nice deploy and retract action, very crisp snap and I imagine this will only get and feel better after use. Appreciate the extra cartridge and will experiment down the line with the refilling option. I hope it will fit in my pen slot on my chore coat and shirts...Great work and well run campaign from start to finish for me, regardless of the challenges the pandemic threw at you. Good job!

I've been working in the aerospace industry for the past 20 years, splitting time between program management and quality management (electromechanical connectors). Even pulled a stint at Liquidmetal Technologies as Director of Quality in 2005/2006 so I know more about metallurgy than your average bear.
I received it about 10 days ago, and I'm tickled pink. Workmanship for this marker is world class. Apple, SanDisk and Vertu were some of my customers at Liquidmetal, and they would be happy with this marker.
