“Fire Dance” 10in (254mm) k-tip gyuto chef knife. The handle om this bold and beautifully colored blade evokes the mythical Fire Dance. A vortex of flame erupts around you, with classic reds, yellows and oranges taking form. But the fires are so hot and dancing around you that flame colors you've never seen before begin to tale shape: whites, greens, blues--an absolutely magical experience, just like wielding this chef's knife. The blade is a modern take on a classic Japanese knife. The gyuto inspired blade is made from VG-10 steel core clad with layers of stainless for durability (and it looks awesome). The folded layers of stainless are what give the blade it's unique appearance and protects the hard inner core of the knife.

The handle is a hybrid style that makes it extremely comfortable to use, no matter your knife grip preference. An ambidextrous recess at the bolster area improves pinch grip comfort and stability. The full handle also provides plenty of space for a standard grip. The unique wavy texture enhances the grip, especially when wet or greasy.
