>< Sold by Instagram auction for $401. >< Link to IG post here. Auction for a one of a kind chef knife! “Bone Saw” has a beautiful resin hybrid handle that looks like dripping blood. The resin has some depth and shine to it just like real blood. Resin is inlaid into wood burl. A glow in the dark liner lights up when the lights go out. You won’t be able to sneak up on that steak or broccoli in the dark, but you will chop it into submission and clean slices. The herringbone pattern damascus blade has jagged saw like teeth, but the blade edge is thin, smooth, and wicked sharp.

The blade is made from VG10 core hardened to 60HRC. Multiple layers of stainless are forged on both sides of the blade for the damascus herringbone design and to protect the core. VG10 is a high hardness stainless that doesn’t require the maintenance or care of a carbon steel. It must be sharpened with a stone. Do not use a honing steel on this blade. The blade is 10 in (254mm) long,2.31 inches (59 mm) tall, & 2.5mm thick at the spine. Total length of the knife is 15.19in (386mm).

The gyuto inspired blade is made from VG-10 steel core clad with layers of stainless for durability (and it looks awesome). Customize this knife by choosing a handle that complements you. Our handles are a hybrid style that makes them extremely comfortable to use, no matter your knife grip preference. An ambidextrous recess at the bolster area improves pinch grip comfort and stability. The full handle also provides plenty of space for a standard grip.
