Pink Lemonade - 6in (150mm) Stainless Steel Petty Culinary Knife

 “Pink Lemonade” 6in (150mm) stainless steel petty knife. This knife is pink, yes; and powerful. Pink Lemonade features a translucent pink resin that pours over the gold leaf flake whih contrasts so nicely with the rosy hue of the resin. Pink and gold in a knife that truly dazzles. Think back to the freshness of a glass of the titular beverage on a hot summer day. Now feel just as refreshed as you slice into the raw pinkness of the perfect cut of meat. Mmmm..pink. 

The blade is made from molybdenum vanadium [stainless] steel, which is a mid-grade stainless steel hardened to HRC 57. Nothing fancy, but gets the job done, won’t rust, and easy to sharpen. You won't have to baby this knife. The edge angle is sharpened to 15 degrees and stropped for a razor sharp edge. Full flat grind (tapers from spine to cutting edge). The blade is 6” (150 mm) long, 1.122” (29.5 mm) tall, & 0.073” (1.85 mm) thick at the spine with a distal taper (gets thinner as it goes to the tip). Total length of the knife is 10.7” (272 mm).⠀⠀⠀
