“White Dragon” 10in (254mm) k-tip Damascus gyuto chef knife. The glossy finish on this majestic blade reflects the full glory of the scales, cut from the hide of an incredibly rare white dragon. Colored white by a unique genetic mutation, this specimen was recovered from snow-driven plateaus of the Himalayas. The white dragon is a force to be reckoned with. Its essence permeates the handle and the blade creating an unreal aura of mysticism around the entire piece. You won't be able to take your eyes off this knife, which is great because this knife works best in the hands of the finest chef. Includes the sleek walnut saya shown.
The blade is a modern take on a classic Japanese knife. The gyuto inspired blade is made from VG-10 steel core clad with layers of stainless for durability (and it looks awesome). The folded layers of stainless are what give the blade it’s dragon scale appearance, and just like scales, the folded layers protect the inner core of the knife.
The handle is a hybrid style that makes it extremely comfortable to use, no matter your knife grip preference. An ambidextrous recess at the bolster area improves pinch grip comfort and stability. The full handle also provides plenty of space for a standard grip.
